Paralysis Blackie surrendered by his cruelty owner on Oct 22 no matter how he beg his owner not to left him to the shelter.
Blackie is a typical loyal dog, he strong and independent.

Oct 29 - Blackie has been rescued and saved in the Veterinary at Taoyan Taiwan.
He passes all blood tests included distempers in excellent health condition. Except he has a serious decubitus ulcer problem because of his long term crawling on the floor and thoracic diaphragm completely fractured, he can only make a weaken breathe voice when he was in pain. To improve his problem, Vet suggested he has to has his wheelchair to reduce his painful and ulcer problem.
